At that time, the "Machsaney Lahav" chain consisted of 10 branches, with about 500 employees. As part of the transaction, Dan purchased all the activities of the stores in the chain. In addition, all of Lahav’s rights in the real-estate properties in which the branches operated were assigned to the purchaser, and the two parties agreed that Dan would hire Lahav's former employees.
Adv. Ziv Lev represented Mr. Eli Lahav in the transaction.
